Sept 26 | Workshop with Amy Flowers: Painted by Nature Part II

This is one of our most popular workshops! Don’t have any experience? Don’t worry! None is needed! To your technique toolbox we'll add using wax resist, salt, stamps and more to create layered paintings reflecting the imagery of our current exhibit, "Emmi Whitehorse: Intimate Landscapes." We'll make several paintings in this workshop-all materials are supplied, but dress for mess and bring an experimental attitude!

Space is limited to 12 people! $15 for Members and $30 for NonMembers. Advanced registration is required and is nonrefundable. 1-4pm, September 26.

If choosing the member pricing option, please be sure your membership is current. If it is not current, you will be asked to renew before the workshop begins. If you don't renew, your spot may be forfeited.

The workshop will be held downstairs in the Museum Classroom.

Based in Albuquerque, Amy Flowers is a nationally recognized artist and instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience throughout the US. Amy specializes in teaching alternative art media processes, making art and techniques accessible for anyone with the creative urge.
