Join artist and instructor Amy Flowers for an afternoon of gel plate printing at the Wheelwright Museum! Don’t have any experience? Don’t worry!

Join us for this new workshop, Gel Plate Printing 201 with Amy Flowers! Explore more techniques for creating colorful prints with a gel plate. Using a variety of acrylic paint and papers, we'll add stencils and texture techniques for great layering effects. Dress for mess and spend the afternoon escaping with art play at the Wheelwright!
Gel plate printing is an alternative print-making process, quick and easy to learn, and does not require a press.

All materials supplied, limited to 10 spaces.

Based in Albuquerque, Amy Flowers is a nationally recognized artist and instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience throughout the US.  Amy specializes in teaching alternative art media processes, making art and techniques accessible for anyone with the creative urge.
